2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.
(2) By clicking the button"Buy Now", you place a binding order for the products in the shopping cart.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) All prices are in euros including the statutory value-added tax.
(2) In addition to the product prices, shipping costs may apply. These will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.
(3) Any customs or import costs for deliveries outside the EU are to be borne by the customer.
4. Payment
We offer the following payment methods:

5. Delivery and Shipping
(1) Shipping is carried out by a shipping service provider selected by us.
(2) Delivery times are displayed in the shop and apply from the receipt of payment.
(3) If an item is not available, you will be informed immediately.
(4) Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable for you. You will not incur additional costs as a result.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a14-day right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal Information
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal
(1) We will refund all payments including shipping costs (except for additional costs due to a more expensive shipping method chosen by you) without delay, at the latest within 14 days.
(2) The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original payment.
(3) You must return the goods without delay, at the latest within 14 days after withdrawal.
(4) You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
(5) You must cover any loss in value if it is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature of the goods.
8. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for:
Goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and where the seal has been removed after delivery

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
(1) If there is a defect, you are entitled to subsequent performance (replacement or repair).
(2) If this fails, you can reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

(1) We are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence.

(1) Customers can voluntarily create a customer account.
(2) You are obliged to treat access data confidentially.
(3) We can block an account if it is used abusively.
12. Vouchers & discount codes
(1) Discount codes are only valid during the specified period.
(2) They are not combinable, not transferable, and do not apply retroactively.

14. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Final Provisions
(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
(2) If any provision is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid.
(3) The language of the contract is German.
