2. Hosting of the Website


Our website is hosted byOdoo Online(Odoo S.A., Belgium).

The hosting provider provides the technical infrastructure, security services, backups, and data processing on our behalf.


Odoo processes the following data:

  • Server log files

  • technical connection data

  • shop and website content

  • form and order data


There is a data processing agreement with Odoo in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

The data is stored exclusively on servers within the EU.

3. Collection and Storage of Personal Data


We process the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact and communication data (contact form)

  • Order, billing, and delivery data

  • Customer data in the customer account

  • Reviews and comments

  • Newsletter data

  • Server and access data (log files)

  • Purchase processing (payment data via payment providers)


This data is processed for:

  • Provision of the website

  • Processing of orders

  • Customer service and communication

  • Sending newsletters (with consent)

  • Optimization of our offerings

  • legal documentation obligations

When visiting the website, Odoo automatically stores:

When you create a customer account, we store:

For orders, we process:

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Payment information (tokens only, no personal data)


Payment providers we use:

  • Amazon Pay


These providers process personal data under their own responsibility.

For the newsletter, we useOdoo Email Marketing.

Unsubscribing is possible at any time via the link in the newsletter.

When you submit a review, we store:
